Terms of service

These terms govern the use of QAuditer.ai ("QAuditer"), a platform that audits advertising accounts and shows findings and recommendations. By creating an account, you accept these terms. The Spanish version prevails in case of discrepancy.

1. The service

QAuditer connects to your advertising accounts read-only, applies a set of rules to their settings and metrics, and shows you the results. Recommendations are guidance: you make the decisions and the changes to your campaigns.

2. Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
• You may only connect advertising accounts you are authorized to access.
• You are responsible for the activity of the users you invite to your organization.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use QAuditer for unlawful purposes, try to access other organizations' data, interfere with the service, or copy, decompile or resell the platform.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, its code, rules and brand belong to QAuditer. Your account data and the reports generated about it are yours to use freely.

5. Pricing

Your first audit is free. Paid plans are billed monthly at the prices shown on the website; we will announce any price change in advance, and you can decide whether to continue.

6. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service running and the results accurate, but it is provided "as is": there may be interruptions, and results depend on the data supplied by the advertising platforms. To the extent permitted by law, QAuditer is not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on the audits.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.

9. Governing law and contact
