Privacy policy
Last updated: October 16, 2026
This policy explains what data QAuditer.ai ("QAuditer", "we") uses when you visit www.qauditer.ai and use the platform, why we use it and what rights you have. QAuditer is based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. The Spanish version of this policy prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Data we use
- Account data: your name, email address and the organization you belong to, provided when you sign up.
- Advertising platform data: when you connect an account (today, Google Ads), we access, read-only, the list of ad accounts you have access to and their campaign settings and metrics (names, statuses, dates, budgets, tracking parameters, ad approval status, impressions, clicks, cost and conversions). We also store the email of the account that authorized access.
- Audit results: the score, findings and a summary of the campaigns at the time of each audit.
- Technical and security data: logs of actions within the platform (for example, who connected an account or sent a report) and basic technical data needed to run the service.
2. Why we use it
- To audit the accounts you choose and show you the findings and score.
- To generate PDF reports and email them to the addresses you specify.
- To keep the service secure, prevent abuse and respond to your requests.
We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. We do not use advertising platform data to train AI models.
3. Use of Google API data
QAuditer's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Access is read-only: QAuditer does not create, modify or delete campaigns, ads or settings in your accounts. We use Google data only to provide the audit features you see in the platform.
4. Where it is stored and how we protect it
Data is stored with infrastructure providers that follow recognized security standards. Platform access permissions are stored encrypted. Each organization can only see its own accounts and audits. We use these providers to run the service:
- Supabase (database, São Paulo region, Brazil).
- Vercel (website and platform hosting).
- Clerk (sign-in and team management).
- Resend (email delivery).
- Cloudflare (domain and DNS).
- Google (Google Ads API access).
Some of these providers may process data outside Argentina, with the safeguards required by law.
5. How long we keep it
We keep data while your account is active. If you disconnect an ad account or close your account, we delete the access permissions and, on request, the associated data and audits, except what we must keep by law.
6. Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your data by writing to contact@qauditer.ai. You can also revoke QAuditer's access to your Google account at any time from your Google security settings.
Argentina's Agency for Access to Public Information, as the supervisory authority under Law 25,326, handles complaints from anyone whose data protection rights are affected.
7. Changes to this policy
If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or within the platform before they take effect.
